Il vitigno autoctono Susumaniello, che qui cresce nel cuore del Salento, produce questo vino di colore rosso rubino intenso. Profumi di frutta rossa matura trovano una nota speziata; al palato è strutturato con tannini maturi e grande persistenza. Ideale con carne e piatti tipici della tradizione pugliese.
